Trey was picked up by animal control as a stray in North Richland Hills. He is a real cutie and was happy to be sprung from jail. He was slated to be euthanized if basset rescue couldn't bring him in. So, today was definitely Trey's lucky day.

Trey is definitely a love bug. While at the vet's, there was a room full of people, kids, and other animals. Trey had to meet them all. One little boy asked if he could pet him. The next thing I knew the two were on the floor lying down with Trey in the boy's arms. The boy was giving Trey a belly rub while Trey showed his appreciation by licking his face. He definitely has never met a stranger. Due to no open foster homes, Trey is bunking at doggie daycare. He needs a foster or adoptive home. Wouldn't Trey be a welcome addition to your family?

Update: Trey loves to play, play, play. He would do well in an active home with children. You have to meet this sweetie. One of our followers said it looks like Trey is wearing tube socks! And it does! You must meet this boy if interested in a family-oriented, high energy male.
